(a) To receive the early bird rate, registrations must be received by 11:59 pm MST on August 8, 2008.
(b) To receive the multiple registration rate, two or more registrants from the same organization must be registered at the same time. Registrations made after special offers have expired will be charged the standard multiple person rate at the time of their registration. No exceptions can be made.

Advance registration ends September 11, 2008. If you wish to register after this date you will need to do so on site with either a check or a credit card.
Registration fees include all conference materials, networking facilitation, continental breakfasts, luncheons, receptions, and breaks. All persons wishing to participate in the networking activities and utilize the networking space at EdNET must be registered attendees of the conference. Hotel and travel costs are not included in the registration fees.
All registrations must be paid in full prior to attending the conference. Registrations may be made online using a credit card. No invoices will be issued. Cancellation and substitution fees will be assessed with no exceptions.
A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed on all registrations cancelled prior to August 15, 2008.
Cancellations between August 15 - September 8, 2008 will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after September 8th and “no shows” at the event will be charged the full registration fee.
Substitutions made at any time will be charged a $25 change fee.
All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail, fax or postal mail.
