Virtual Roundtables are easy and cost-effective. Please reference our FAQs if you have questions. If you do not find the answer to your question listed below, please call us at 800.651.7916 or registration@ilinc.com.
What equipment do I need to participate in a Virtual Roundtable?
All you need is a phone to get connected and access to a browser for the Web-based visuals (Windows only at this point - Mac interface coming at a future date). Additional printed handout materials will be provided as a PDF file which can be downloaded prior to the broadcast. Your entire group can participate for one flat fee via a speakerphone and access to the Web. When you register for a Roundtable, you'll receive a unique call-in number and passcode to use to access the Roundtable on the day of the event. You will also receive a Weblink to a Windows-based slide presentation to accompany the audio presentation.
To ask questions of the Roundtable panelists, you may submit questions in advance or use your telephone keypad during the Roundtable to "raise your hand" and ask your question.
How do I obtain program handouts for the Roundtables in which I participate?
One week prior to each roundtable in which you participate, you'll receive instructions via email for downloading the PDF program handouts from the Web.
How much does a Roundtable cost?
$249 per connection. The fee is for one location only - while any number of people from your location are welcome to participate via a speakerphone, no conference calling with other sites is permissable. Additional call-in numbers for other members of your organization at different locations, just $174. Recordings are also not permitted. Each location will receive a Weblink to a Windows-based slide presentation to accompany the audio presentation. The Web-based slides are not essential to participating but contribute strongly to the value you will receive from the program.
How long is each Roundtable event?
Each Roundtable is approximately 90 minutes. We request that you call into the Roundtable at least ten minutes prior to the program start time and that you also use the Weblink received with your registration to access a Windows-based browser and the presentation slides for the broadcast.
